The Bestiary serves the purpose of allowing players to view additional information regarding '''Gootraxians''', such as a detailed description, how many you have killed, infects obtained while using them, and how many times you have become them. Hovering over icons inside of the Bestiary will change the icon to an alternative art of the '''Gootraxian'''. Doing so multiple times on a singular '''Gootraxian''' will, in a few cases, give you an easter egg.

Entries can be unlocked by infecting 5 Humans in a row as the specific '''Gootraxian''' or by killing the specific '''Gootraxian''' you wish to unlock 5 times. The only exceptions to this are the [[Slime Pup|Slime Pups]], which are only obtained upon becoming one; and the [[Nightcrawler]], which require you to either turn into a goggled one once, kill a goggled [[Nightcrawler]] once, or infect 10 Humans as a goggle-less one.

Gootraxians are the opposing team to the Humans found in Kaiju ParaWe’ve all met someone at uni who’s white, lives in Windsor, has their own horse and a villa in the South of France to boot, yet uses words like “wagwan” or “gyaldem” on the reg. You’re not a big man from South London, your name is Harry or Hettie or Harriet or something of that ilk and you just got a little too emotionally attached to Top Boy and love that “road” aesthetic for clout.
Seeing a group of white middle-class people using words like, “endz” or “bruv” will never cease to make a Black person even slightly uncomfortable, so here we are, asking you to cut it the fuck out.
But why shouldn’t I say stuff like wagwan if I’m white?
These words were not made for you, and you likely aren’t even aware of the history behind most of them. Many of these words like “wagwan” are slangs derived from Caribbean pidgin dialects like patois, spoken within black communities here in the UK. If you’re feeling a little called out right now then maybe it’s time to think how you make Black people feel when you talk as if you’ve had to deal with “the struggle” when all you did is watch Attack The Block when you were 16 and think your area is “a bit rough”.
The issue with being a privileged white person using the language of a marginalised group is directly related to power. If you know that you are largely immune to the negative social tags that come with being non-white or working class then you must be aware that using these terms is problematic. You get to use them without anyone doubting your intelligence, your employability or your background. You’re using these words for the clout while ignoring the struggle faced by the groups that started them. You can’t say “wagwan” and exploit this culture while the importance of black lives up is still up for debate. It’s harmful.
The word “gyaldem”, for example, is from Caribbean creole used to refer to a group of girls and has been since incorporated with black communities in the UK through the creation of “mandem”. White middle-class people using these terms, trying to co-opt black culture for clout, is ignorant. Especially when you remain silent when innocent black people are being killed.
It’s embarrassing to watch white people use these words
When you speak like this in front of us, it’s really off putting. Surely there are other ways you can talk to Black people without automatically assuming all we can understand is slang words. Just because I can understand what it means doesn’t mean I can’t engage in a conversation without having to use it. It’s reductive and your prejudice is made clear when you do it.
Being from a white, middle-class background you have the utmost amount of white privilege and have likely never had to experience “the struggle” of being a Black person in the UK and having to work a lot harder than Erin from Bath just to get into a Russell Group uni her dad probably already works at. Don’t cherry-pick trendy elements of marginalised communities while also ridiculing them or failing to be aware of their histories and contexts. It’s clear when this is done and it’s tacky.
Co-opting the language of marginalised groups is always problematic because you lack the experiences those words are built on. I feel uncomfortable when I observe wealthy white individuals say “rah” and “wagwan” because it has the impact of reducing a culture to a personality trait.
More often than not, these are the same individuals that question the academic and intellectual competence of the black people they interact with.
dise. They are composed of a goo-like substance and are usually capable of infecting Humans, turning them into fellow Gootraxians, though some are capable of actually killing a Human. They usually cannot pick up items or weapons due to their slippery paws.
When a Human loses all of their HP either due to hazards around the map or by another Gootraxian, they will turn into a Gootraxian. There are specific items lying around the map that can also turn a Human into a Gootraxian.
Basic Abilities
A few Gootraxians have their own unique abilities that can be found within their respective entries, but almost all have two basic abilities: Grab and Attack. Attack is typically a quick swipe functionally similar to most Human melee weapons, while Grab allows one to grapple a Human, dealing a large amount of damage over time, benefitting from lifesteal, and allowing you to maneuver them into an unfavorable position utilizing environmental hazards.

Grab
"Grab them"
Grab allows one to grab their enemy, dealing a high amount of damage over the duration of the Grab. During the grab, you can slowly move your victim into environmental hazards such as puddles, spikes, crystals and Shork fins, allowing for a quicker infection. While doing so, the Gootraxian's health will regenerate by 25% damage dealt and will gain 15 HP upon a successful infect.
In order to escape a grab, the Human must mash their screen, keyboard, or mouse; alternatively, if the Gootraxian grabbing the Human is interrupted by an attack, they will usually release their victim. This press or click count increases every time they escape from it from a minimum 15 to 30 click counts at max on one life. This can be reduced by killing Gootraxians which decreases it by 2 click counts. Upon breaking out of a grab, the Human will be given a 2 second omen period that prevents them from being grabbed again.
The damage of Grab is dealt every .2 seconds. Grabs can also be almost entirely prevented by using a Scythe at the cost of its durability and slight damage to its wielder. Some Gootraxians also have abilities that add effects to the grab, such as the unique animation of Panther and Kawaii Shork or Lemon Shork's ability to blur the victim's screen.
Grab is also one of the few abilities that incurs a cooldown upon being swapped to.
Attack as stated, is a quick swipe that deals solid damage and allows for quick and efficient finishers, granting you 30 HP regen upon successful infection. This attack, however, does not knockback nor does it stun Humans. In tandem with Grab, it is possible to deal a large amount of damage to a single Human by swapping to Attack after Grab, as the Grab's cooldown expires while grabbing onto a Human. Using Attack on Humans wearing transmogrifying items, such as Catte buckets and Jammer's headphones, will knock them off the Human.
Some Gootraxians deal more damage, such as Carneline during Power Outages or, in some cases, reduced damage, such as the Dragon Pup's flying attack.
There are 33Gootraxians publicly available in the game as of the current, most recent update. This does not include exclusive Gootraxians such as Partyena.
Feizao has since been replaced with Glubby in a V3.1 update.
Fashui has since been replaced with Dagoda in a V3.1 update.
Partyena - Removed from public servers after the conclusion of the V3.1 Party Bash Update due to being used exclusively to celebrate the game's anniversary.
Unlike other removed Gootraxians, Partyena still has a Bestiary entry, only visible to players who unlocked it before the event ended.
Because it still has its Bestiary entry, it is possible to turn into Partyena in private servers.

Trivia
General
In the previous game, The Underground Facility, the infected creatures were referred to as latex monsters. Due to copyright issues with the creator of the game it was based on, it was completely shut down, with TZB Studio beginning work on Kaiju Paradise and The Final Experiment instead shortly after.
The only transfurs to have been migrated from TUF to KP are Charem, Protogen, Tiger Shork and Trystan. Three of these have been removed from the game for reasons stated under the previous heading.
An unreleased Gootraxian named Moth was also carried over, although it was never made public.
The meshes for Gootraxians, such as the cheek fluff or tail, were made by Ronin.
Most of the face assets are made by Blaxor, although a few have been made by other people.
Majority of the Bestiary icons were done by Mysticalesta.
Since their recent departure, newer Gootraxians' icons are being made by YukaChaan and Gloomy.
Charem and Tiger Shork were the only two Gootraxians to not have an entry within the Bestiary.
Repeatedly hovering over entries in the Bestiary will result in the selecting sound becoming more and more higher pitched before yielding a special effect.
A majority of entries will make the default infection sound.
Feizao and Fashui's Slippery, however these Gootraxians have been removed. However, they have been replaced by Glubby and Dagoda, who have the same abilities.
Gootraxian Notes
Any hair accessories being worn at the time of infection will change color depending on which Gootraxian you become.
Currently, Diamond Slime Dragon Fusions have the highest health out of all the Gootraxians at 925 HP; Dragon Pups and Slime Pups hold the lowest at 80 HP, without fusing and a hat, respectively.
Not including rare variants such as Goggled Nightcrawlers and Diamond/Gold Slimes, Panther and Buck have the highest health, at 130 each.
This title has been passed around quite a bit, first going to Buck with 150 HP, then to ConeKat with 140 HP before Buck got nerfed and ConeKat was removed.
While Partyena technically dosen't have a designated "blinking" face, the feature is used on their Grab face instead.
Before wall hits were made invalid, Gootraxians could grab a human on top of a shelf if they were on a lower tier, seemingly teleporting the human into the grab. This is no longer possible.
All Gootraxians, whilst doing the Smug emote, will change their faces. Jammer and Night Shade will play a fainter version of Smug whilst doing this emote, same goes for California.
All transmogrifying items can be removed from the map by picking them up and resetting your character before becoming infected, as the item will despawn along with your body.
rtoSword goo manGootraxians receive a 25% damage reduction when stunned, this is to prevent them from instantly dying to a large group of survivors after they get stunned.
Known Bugs
NOTE: Most bugs that are noted here have been fixed and cannot be replicated in the game's current, most stable version.

There was a bug where Fashui's tail would not appear to glow during a Power Outage, but would still produce light.
Grabs can be used to glitch people out of the map or into the void.
This was mostly fixed, but still happens from time to time.
Gootraxians will retain their kill streak as long as they don’t infect anyone, allowing them to use their kill streak on Gootraxian abilities (such as Feizao and Fashui's Slippery) despite these abilities stating that the user needs an infect streak to use them.
Because of a Roblox update, a bug emerged where upon a Human's weapon breaking or when an item was simply depleted, the player could not use any other item, making it impossible to attack. During this same time, you were unable to transform into Sprinklekit because you were unable to eat the required amount of ice cream.
Additionally, this caused grabs to also break as they would be unable to grab a Human that had either depleted one of their items, or had been grabbed by the same Gootraxian before.
Using Grab on a Human and pulling them into a Fashui puddle, Feizao puddle or a banana peel may cause them to fly upwards.
Because of the March 2022 Roblox Updates, the Nightcrawler's Pursue animation used to break halfway, preventing the player from properly engaging in a pursuit.
Within the same Updates, the hit sounds for Grab and Attack would sometimes not play.
A Gootraxian's Grab ability may sometimes break, causing the Human that was being grappled to be "stuck" to the grappling Gootraxian. Neither party will take damage during this break, rendering them invincible.
Players could become a "rainbow" Gootraxian by eating a Strange Crystal as a Slime Pup, immediately resetting, then turn into a different Gootraxian. This was patched in the May 27th Bugfix update.
This same bug used to work on Humans by following the same steps as above but not turning into a Gootraxian.
Panthers may sometimes block scythe attacks 100% of the time, including outside of events.
If a Gootraxian is attacked before their grab face returns to normal, their face will be stuck on the grab face until they are attacked or attack someone else.
If a Human walks into a Watermelon Shork fin during an event while holding a lemon slice, they can still become a Lemon Shork despite the transfur being otherwise unavailable during events.
If one tries to use Private Server Commands to become any removed Gootraxian, with the exception of Charem, the game will not show the usual message that appears when trying to become a removed/unavailable Gootraxian, being "Transfur may not existed or you haven't discovered it yet."
This may be due to pieces of in-game data of the removed Gootraxians still remaining in the code.
In a mistake update, Catte's new ability was released onto the main game, which simultaneously allowed all gootraxians to pick up a Catte bucket, but they could not use the ability nor eject the bucket.
In most recent updates since V3.1 Hallows Eve Event, many Gootraxians have broken abilities.
Despite Carneline normally having a Power Outage attack buff, they do not do any extra attack damage during Power Outages.
Nuclear Rabbit's puddles, upon exploding, do not deal damage to Humans that walk on them.
Upon touching the body of a dead Gootraxian in the Flooded Area, a Shork fin would be triggered to either rip the hazmat suit of a player or infect them.
The emote-special songs that can be played by Jammer's headphones or Nightshade's boombox have exceptional range and can be heard from across the map, despite the audio itself being quiet.
|-|Pre-V3.1=
Pre-V3.1
Wearing a certain avatar item used to allow you to get the katana as a Gootraxian. This could be done if the player rapidly switched between katana skins in Abble's Shop.
This hat would not be removed upon transforming into any Gootraxian.
You were able to do a grab & attack combo on a Human after they escaped a grab or if you canceled it.
This was fixed by making the grab have a cooldown upon equipping it. However, it is still possible, although harder to do so.
The grab counter's click count originally lacked a limit, and it increased every time a person got grabbed. This meant that Gootraxians could keep grabbing a Human until the needed clicks to escape reached an absurd number.
This has been fixed with the needed clicks to escape never exceeding the 30 click count back then.
