They have dark, monochrome purple skin covered in black rings all over their body, with lighter monochrome purple underbellies, hands, and feet. Their eyes are a bright purple with neon green irises and purple pupils. Their eyes glow green during Blackouts and Power Outages, unless they are at low HP (lower than half), wherein, they will glow purple instead. During this event, while moving, Hebi will leave a green (or purple when they are at low HP) trail from their eyes.
