Slime Dragon

Template:GootraxTab Template:Removed Gootraxian <tabber> |-|Dragon Pup= Template:Gootraxian Dragon Pups were slime Raytraxians with white masks, whose bodies can come in all of the colors Slime Pups can have, and, likewise, have Golden, Diamond, and Rainbow variants, the latter of which is unobtainable outside of VIP servers.

They have four ears, two in front and two in the back, as well as a pair of dragon wings that they use to move. They also have a long, thin dragon tail.

They have the lowest health of all Raytraxians along with Slime Pups (80 HP) before fused, with the exception of their Diamond and Golden variants.

Abilities

Like the other Raytraxians, they can attack survivors, but they do not have a grab attack. Instead, it is replaced by sleep, which Slime Pups also have as an ability. If you manage to drain a survivor's health as a Dragon Pup, you will consume them and become a Dragon Fusion. Additionally, Dragon Pups deal slightly reduced attack damage, dealing 33 damage instead of the standard 35.

Variants

Ghost

Ghost Dragon Pups are able to phase through players at any time and turn invisible for 5 seconds when hit, as well as having a unique levitating sleeping animation. The latter does not affect them in combat and is purely cosmetic. However, their ability to phase through players and turn invisible when hit is nonfunctional at this time.

Golden

Golden Dragon Pups have 600 HP. Upon death, Golden Dragon Pups will drop 2.5k Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination to whoever landed the killing blow and turn the weapon that it was killed with into a golden version of it as well as dropping up to 2 random golden weapons. If the player that killed the golden variant has done so for the first time, the player will recieve the Cruel Act badge. If the Golden leaves the game, a golden grave will spawn and function similar to them in order to get the rewards. The Golden itself won't be able to see or interact with the grave if they rejoin.

Diamond

Diamond Dragon Pups have 900 HP. When hit, they drop credits that scale to the amount of damage dealt to them. They also drop 1,000 Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination to whoever landed the killing blow as well as sending out a flurry of more credits that other players can pick up, as well as a Diamond Crate. The amount of credits showered out scales to the amount of players in the server and each ticket worth 20 - 25 Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination. Upon leaving, they will still drop a Diamond Crate along with the standard flurry of credits.

The Credit Scaling System is as follows:

If <math>Player Amount</math> is less than 17 then the credit amount would instantly be 35.
Otherwise, it will be <math>(Player Amount * 3)</math> instead.

These rare variants are unable to die by running into the forcefield on the spawn area, getting crushed by the gates, or reset character. They cannot regen their HP naturally over time. However, they can get their health back by fusing with another survivor, which will also give them an extra 25 more HP.

Acquirement

There are 7 common Slime color variants and 3 rare variants.

In private servers, most can all be obtained by using the command :tf me Slimepupdragon;color=[color]

Normal/Event

Normal Dragon Pups are obtained by stepping on a spike crystal. Doing this during a Power Outage will result in you turning into a Red Dragon Pup with glowing, red, crystal spines along its back. During Blackouts, you will instead turn into a white Dragon Pup with a ghostly, white, translucent body and a wispy tail.

Alternatively, they can become one by getting converted by one of the Dragon Fusions that, depending on the variant, will turn them into the color or variant of the converter, except rare variants, which will give a random color instead.

Golden and Diamond

Golden Dragon Pups have a 1/250 (0.4%) chance of being your color. The chance is lower when there are less than 15 players in a server, at 1/750 [0.13%]. Getting this rare variant will reward you with the A Rare Variant badge and the "Aureate" bat skin.

Diamond Dragon Pups have a 1/500 (0.2%) chance of being your color. The chance is lower when there are below 15 players in a server, at 1/1500 [0.07%]. These variants are the rarest Raytraxians in the game.

Bestiary Entry

A strange mutation between the Slime Pup and the Slime Hound. In the lesser form, they take form of a slime pup with dragon like wings and a wirey like tail. Their greater form keeps these features, but takes the size of a Slime Hound. These creatures are noticeably more curious, but seem to lack empathy for other creatures. Each test with them has concluded they mainly see Humans as a food source to grow in size, but once they grow they become either extremely lazy like a pup, or extremely lazy like a hound. Avoid this odd mutation at all costs.

|-|Dragon Fusion= Template:Gootraxian Dragon Fusions were the fused form of Dragon Pups that occur when they convert a player. They are the size of a normal Roblox avatar, with normal variants having a total of 105 HP.

Abilities

Dragon Fusions have the same abilities as its unfused form, with their sleep tool replaced with the grab tool. They also gain 105 HP.

Their rare variants also have similar properties to their unfused form and other Slime variants. However, Golden and Diamond variants will gain 625 and 925 health, respectively.

Acquirement

Dragon Fusions are obtained by converting a survivor as a Dragon Pup, which causes you to fuse with them, becoming a Dragon Fusion and causing the Survivor who was consumed to respawn.

Getting other variants of Dragon Fusion requires you to have the variant first as a Dragon Pup.

You can turn yourself into a Rainbow Dragon Fusion in private servers if you nickname yourself a certain name or by using the :rb, rainbow [player] command.

• When unfused, the flying animation makes up for its reduced size.
• They are also one of four Raytraxians to have a different size value, the others being Slime Pup (being 0.8), Kaiju (being 1.1) and Witchbrew (being 0.85).
• The nickname method of making Rainbow Dragon Pups references the "jeb_" Rainbow sheep Easter Egg from Minecraft.
• Anytime a Dragon Pup was hit, they made a squeak noise.
  • This trait is shared with Slime Pups and Hounds, the latter playing a lower-pitched sound.
  • As of late, however, this effect has since been removed for all slime creatures.
• Due to their unique flying animation, they can sometimes glitch out or phase out on certain parts of the map as their legs have no collisions.
• If the player constantly hovers on and off of Dragon Pup's Bestiary icon, the icon will play a squeaking noise, like Slime Pup and similar to Slime Hound.

Bugs

• There was a glitch that Dragon Pups can use by utilizing the Sleep tool and Shift Lock. Snapping the camera to break the extended player's body through a wall and into an unreachable place is an infamous glitch used by many players.

• Diamond Dragon Fusions boast the highest health of all Raytraxians, at 925 HP.
• Any time a Dragon Fusion was hit, they made a squeak noise.
• The nickname method of making Rainbow Dragon Fusions references the infamous "jeb_" Rainbow sheep easter egg from Minecraft.
• Diamond variants used to be a darker shade of blue, later changed to a lighter color likely to differentiate from cyan and to identify easier.

During 2022's April Fools event, the Red Slime Dragon variant was replaced with the Lean Slime Dragon variant. Lean dragons were the same as the red dragons, but colored purple.

• During 2022's Halloween event, the White Slime Dragon variant was replaced with the Bloodmoon Slime Dragon variant. Bloodmoon dragons were the same as the ghost pups, but colored dark red.
• There is an unused Dragon Fusion Bestiary icon decipting it with closed eyes similar to the Slime Hound.

Bugs

• Upon release of V3.0, there was a bug where rare variants could turn other survivors into rare variants instantly. This was eventually patched.
