Transmogrifying Items are, as their name suggests, items that can be used to turn the player into certain Raytraxians or change those already converted. These items can be found throughout the map, though some can only work during Events.

Normal

<tabber> |-|Orange Bucket=

The Orange Bucket is a common transmogrifying item that can be found throughout the map. The player will automatically equip the bucket upon walking over it. Wearing a Hazmat Suit will prevent players from picking it up, and, consequently, the bucket will eject itself if the player dons a hazmat suit before the bucket converts them.

Picking up the Bucket will yield the following text:

  • "A bucket has suddenly been placed on top of you..."

After 23 seconds of wearing the bucket, the player will turn into a Catte.

|-|Fedora=

The Fedora, as its name suggests, is a common-looking fedora that can be found throughout the map. The player will automatically equip the fedora upon walking over it. However, if a player is already wearing a Hazmat Suit, they won't be able to pick up the Fedora. If they're already wearing the Fedora and then pick up a Hazmat Suit, the Fedora will be removed.

Once a player picks up the Fedora, a message will appear:

  • "A fedora has suddenly been placed on top of you..."
  • "Very classy.."

After the Fedora is placed on the player's head, and about 25 seconds pass, the player will transform into a Fed.

|-|Hazmat Suit=

The Hazmat Suit is a form of protective gear that can be found throughout the facility and worn by the player. It protects the player against environmental hazards and prevents most transmogrifying items from being worn. Upon being converted while wearing a Hazmat Suit, the player will be transformed into a Hazzy.

|-|Ice Cream Cones=

Ice Cream Cones are a group of items that can be found within the Freezer. Upon eating 4 cones, the player will be warned to stop eating them. Upon eating a 5th, you will transform into a Sprinklekit. This does not apply to the Banana Ice Cream, which will always act as if it is the player's 5th cone, reguardless of how many they had previously eaten.

The Ice Cream Cones have different text depending on the flavor of the consumed cone, although the variation is small. There are five available flavors of ice cream: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Mint, and Banana. The flavor of ice cream you get from the freezer is random outside of any events, being a random selection between vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. During a Power Outage, all ice cream cones received from the freezer will be strawberry. During a Blackout, the exclusive Mint flavor is available. The only flavor that can be obtained during all events is the Banana flavor, which has a 1/50 chance of being obtained at all times.

When eaten, the following text will appear:

  • "Mmm vanilla/chocolate/strawberry/mint/banana ice cream!"

Upon eating the third cone, a different text will appear:

  • "My stomach is freezing cold.."
  • "It would be wise to stop eating anymore of these.."

The fourth cone consumed has no special text, but upon eating the 5th and final cone, the text "Ugh.. headache.." will appear before you transform into the flavor of the fifth ice cream cone you ate. It takes around 15 seconds after eating the last ice cream cone to be transformed.

|-|Coffee=


The Coffee can be found in random food spawns around the map, most commonly in the Cafeteria. Upon drinking the coffee, there is a 50% chance for the coffee to either heal the player for 30 HP, or damage them for 10 HP before transforming them into Mocha after 10-30 seconds. After drinking hot Coffee, a dull hissing noise will play from the player's torso for around 20 seconds. Raytraxians are unable to drink the coffee by any means.


  • Being healed by the Coffee will display the text "Tastes just right.", while being damaged by the Coffee will instead display the text "Too hot, too hot!".
  • Attempting to drink any more Coffee after being burned will instead display the text "You don't want to burn your mouth again.", and prevents you from drinking it.
  • Attempting to drink Coffee as a Raytraxian will display the text "You don't want to drink it." and prevent you from drinking it.


|-|Lemon Slice=

The Lemon Slice can be found in the Storage Bay on an uppermost shelf or at a random food spawn. When eaten, the text "Ugh.. sour.. I'd be better off using it on something else..." will be displayed, which does not provide its consumer with any upsides or downsides. However, this item can be carried into the Flooded Area, which will transform you into a Lemon Shork upon touching a miniature shark while holding the slice. Upon transforming, the text "The shark reacted strangely to the lemon you carried.." will be shown.

Upon touching a Shork fin with a Lemon Slice, it will also turn into a Lemon one, as seen below.

|-|Blue Soap=

The Blue Soap is a transmogrifying item that can be found in the bathrooms in the Cafeteria and Security Hallway. Using the soap will cause harmless blue bubbles to appear on the player's hands for the first 4 dispenses.

The dialogue when interacting with the soap past 4 dispenses goes as follows:

  • "Don't you feel silly using this much soap?"
  • "This is a bit excessive..."
  • "???"
  • "The bottle is empty..."

After using the soap 5 times consecutively — within a timeframe of 15-16 seconds, the player will turn into Sircu.

|-|Shades=

The Shades is essentially a pair of sunglasses that can be found in various locations around the map. The player will automatically equip the shades upon walking over them, causing their vision to darken. However, if a player is already wearing a Hazmat Suit, they can't pick up the Shades. If a player is already wearing the Shades and then finds a Hazmat Suit, the Shades will be taken off.

Once a player picks up the Shades, a message will appear:

  • "Your eyes feel a whole lot better..."
  • "Very cool.."

After you put on the Shades, about 25 seconds later, the player will transform into a Shade.

|-|Strange Flower=

The Strange Flower is an unknown orange flower that can be obtained on the bushes in the Garden and on the grass within the Cave Garden.

Upon sniffing the flower, the following text will display:

  • "Out of your curiosity, you decided to smell it.."
  • "What a beautiful scent"

After a few moments, the final text prompts:

  • "Your lungs feel odd.."

After roughly 40 seconds after smelling the flower, the player will transform into a Azarue, regardless if they are wearing a Hazmat Suit or not.

Alternatively, the player can also be transformed into a Azarue if they step on the large flowers found in the Cave Garden.

|-|Strange Fruit=

The Strange Fruit is a round, unidentified fruit that can be obtained by chance from hitting or cutting down the larger trees within the facility, such as the one in the Cafeteria, the Cave Garden, and in the Garden. Cutting down any of the larger trees will result in a large quantity of drops as opposed to individual drops.

Upon eating the Strange Fruit, the text following text will display:

  • "Tastes.. weird..?"

A couple seconds after the first prompt, the text will continue:

  • "My stomach hurts.."
  • "The pain.."

After ingesting the strange fruit and waiting roughly 20 seconds, the survivor will transform into Figs, regardless of whether or not they have a Hazmat Suit on.

|-|Taser=

Script error: No such module "Main".

The Taser serves as both a Transmogrifying item and a usable weapon. It is capable of stunning and harming Raytraxians, however, it will only do so once, breaking immediately after being used. Alternatively, walking into any body of water while holding a taser will electrocute the user, transforming them into a Ghost Fox regardless if they are wearing a Hazmat Suit or not.

|-|Toxic Barrel=

The Toxic Barrel is a yellow barrel with a toxic symbol on it, found in the Support Caves. It can be knocked over by both Raytraxians and humans if attacked. However, if a human uses their weapon to tip it over, the weapon's durability will decrease.

When the barrel tips over, it releases 7 puddles on the ground, each dealing 30 damage to anyone stepping on them, except for Toxic Rabbit and Nuclear Rabbit, who are immune to the toxic waste. If a human is wearing a Hazmat Suit, they will only take 18 damage from these puddles.

Running out of health as a Raytraxian will result in them dying. For humans, running out of health will transform them into either a Toxic Rabbit or Hazzy if they are wearing a Hazmat Suit.

|-|Witchbrew=

Witches' Brews are virtually the same as Bloxy Colas, other than the fact that they give 5 Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination instead of 2 Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination when sold. It is exclusively obtainable from destroying Vending Machines, where its lesser counterpart may also be found. Upon consumption, a text appears that reads "Tastes.. weird..." will be prompted, providing the user regeneration of 30 health over a relatively short time window, before its consumer is transformed into a Witchbrew.

Similarly to Bloxy Colas, trading in a can of Witchbrew will not grant any tokens on a private server.

Witchbrews are the replacements of Trystan Cola, due to the rarity of the item and the extra tokens gained upon selling them compared to a Bloxy Cola. Cans of Witchbrew may also be shaken up jumping 7+ times, which, when opened, will blow up, causing the user to be rag-dolled and flung, as well as immediately being turned into a Witchbrew, regardless of if they have a Hazmat Suit on.

    • It is unknown as to why this was scrapped, although it is likely due to time constraints for the 2022 Halloween Update during Witchbrew's development.
    • This mechanic has since been given to the coffee item which yields Mocha.

Power Outage Exclusives

The Strange Bandana (labeled as "???" in-game) is a Power Outage-exclusive item that has a chance of spawning around locations where other weapons and items can be found. Around 3 to 5 bandanas will spawn per Power Outage.

Donning the bandana will grant the text:

  • "You decided to wear this strange bandana..."

It takes about 30 seconds to be turned into Saturn after putting on the bandana. The bandana can still be worn even while wearing a Hazmat Suit and convert it's user.

|-|Watermelon=

Watermelons can be found in the Cafeteria on an uppermost shelf or at a random food spawn. When eaten, the text "..." will be displayed, which does not provide its consumer with any upsides or downsides. However, this item can be carried into the Flooded Area, which will transform you into a Melon Shork during a Power Outage or Blackout event upon walking into a miniature shark. Upon transforming, the text "The shark reacted strangely to the watermelon you carried.." will be shown.

Upon touching a Shork fin with a Watermelon, it will also turn into a Melon one, as seen below.

Blackout Exclusives

<tabber> |-|Black Bucket=

The Black Bucket replaces the Orange Buckets that can be found throughout the map once a Blackout strikes. It will do nothing to players if they are human, but Cattes can pick them to become a Buck.

Picking up the Bucket as a Catte will yield the following text:

  • "A strange looking bucket has suddenly been placed on top of you.."

After a second of wearing the bucket, the player will turn into a Buck.

|-|Goggles=

The Goggles (labeled as "???" in-game) are a Blackout-exclusive item that have a 60% chance of spawning per each Blackout in public servers around locations where other weapons and items can be found. It is guaranteed to spawn each Blackout in private servers.

Upon spawning into the server, the text "[SERVER]: Something mysterious has appeared somewhere on the map.." will be announced globally.

Donning the goggles will grant the text:

  • "You decided to wear this strange goggle..."
  • "You feel as if you are invincible..."

If a player dons the goggles but leaves before transforming into the Nightcrawler, the text "[SERVER]: The mysterious entity cowarded out, causing something to reappear in its stead.." will be announced globally, and the goggles will respawn in a new location.

It takes about 30 seconds to be turned into the Nightcrawler after putting on the goggles, which subsequently takes exactly 1.20 seconds to do. The goggles may be worn even while wearing a Hazmat Suit and, while wearing the goggles, its wearer is immune to all other forms of conversion, though still susceptible to damage.

|-|Headphones=

The Headphones directly replace all Fedoras throughout the map once a Blackout strikes. The player will automatically equip the headphones upon walking over them. However, if a player is already wearing a Hazmat Suit, they won't be able to pick up the Headphones. If they're already wearing the headphones and don a Hazmat Suit, the Headphones will be removed.

Once a player picks up the Headphones, the following message will appear:

  • "Your ears feel comfy.."

After about 27 seconds pass, the player will transform into a Jammer.

|-|Nuclear Barrel=

The Nuclear Barrel is a yellow barrel with a toxic symbol on it, found in the Support Caves. It can be knocked over by both Raytraxians and humans if attacked. However, if a human uses their weapon to tip it over, the weapon's durability will decrease.

The Labcoat is a form of cosmetic gear that can be found throughout the facility and worn by the player. It has no actual affects, being purely cosmetic and can be taken off at any time via interacting with a Labcoat rack again or by wearing a Hazmat Suit. Upon interacting with a Labcoat shelf during a Blackout, however, there is a 1/8 (12.5%) chance that a Strange Labcoat will be worn instead, which will convert a survivor into a Sinox if they do not remove the labcoat within roughly 25 seconds. These labcoats are virtually the same in appearance to any others, but sport a dark purple glow and passive particles that emit from the labcoat.

|-|Shutter Shades=

The Shutter Shades directly replace all Shades throughout the map once a Blackout strikes. The player will automatically equip the shutter shades upon walking over them. However, if a player is already wearing a Hazmat Suit, they won't be able to pick them up. If they're already wearing the shutter shades and don a Hazmat Suit, the Shutter Shades will be removed.

Once a player picks up the Shutter Shades, the following message will appear:

  • "Your eyes feel pretty weird..."
  • "Goofy.."

After about 20 seconds pass, the player will transform into a Night Shade.
