Crystal Caves
The Crystal Caves were the first area in Kaiju Paradise as it was the only area to exist when the game first went public. The caves are filled with large crystals with puddles around their bases on the walls and floor that can harm and transfur humans, as well as clusters of smaller red crystals also on the walls and floors with scaffolding around. These small red crystals do not harm.
There are hazmat suits, 2 spawn bats, and a randomly spawned item. You can also find 3 vending machine spawns.
During an event, the crystal caves will change in their visual aesthetic and the color of crystals will change. Inside the crystal caves, you can find the crystals for the Kaiju by default, Carneline on power outages, and Panther on blackouts, Catte buckets (Buck on blackouts), the puddles for the Slime Pup, and some spikes for the Dragon Pup Gootraxian.
In normal circumstances, there will be no music playing. However, in power outages, Rise Of The Carneline will play in the background; in blackouts, Lights Out will play instead.

Spawn Room
The Spawn Room is where you spawn as a human in Kaiju Paradise. It has everything needed to start playing the game. In it, there are a vending machine, a bat spawn, a bottle spawn, a bestiary computer, a little garden, and most importantly, Abble's Store.
Both sides of the safe zone have a visible non-physical barrier that if a Gootraxian passes, will kill them instantly with the exception of rare variants, they will be unable to pass through it.
Humans can enter them anytime they want, but if they recently get attacked by something or attacked someone, they won't be able to enter it until they stop doing so for a certain amount of time. This barrier will fall during a blackout or power outage while Abble's Store will be closed down on blackouts.
After it ends, it will emit a sound that indicates the barrier will be activated again soon, all Gootraxians in the safe zone will instantly be killed if they are still inside of it upon activation.
The radio in the spawn room will play either Gas Time Jump Up or Updated N Upgraded.

If you stay in the gas filled areas for too long (10 - 12 seconds), you will become a Lang. You can find Hazmat Suits near a crate, and a randomly spawned item on the ground. The bridge also has invisible overhead canisters that glows on power outages and blackouts. It will fall and shatter if a human were to touch the canister's shadows, turning them into a Toxic Rabbit, or Nuclear Rabbit when it's a blackout.

The Garden
The Laminax Garden is an area that contains a small, greenhouse-like area with a tree in the middle surrounded by two battery lights with boombox and a bunch of pillows scattered around the tree, elevated on a platform with hanged pots on the roofs. There is also a very small pool on the right of the garden with two metal shelves. A miniature of the admin named Doc_xc can be found on one of the shelf.
If this tree is hit, there is a chance that a Strange Fruit will fall out. The tree can also be only taken down with an axe and requires 75 hits to take it down. If a Plantix is nearby while the tree is hit or the tree is completely taken down, they will receive an temporary attack buff in which they inflict poisonous gas upon hit.
There are 3 Catte buckets (or Buck on blackouts) on the shelves. You can also find strange flowers on the bushes below the platform. On one of the top shelves, you can find either a brick or katana.

At the entrance to the forest cave, there are small trees and bushes which Strange Flowers will also spawn in.
Before V3.1, the Garden had a flatter patch of grass in the middle, with the tree, pillows and boombox being relatively in the same spot as it is now. It also had an extended spot which had two mini trees at the sides, and a small pool of water. At the end was a Pipe spawn and a Catte bucket. It had another boombox that played a different music.
The room may also be seen from the outside through a window in the Storage Room.
The radio in the Garden also plays Slumber Party. The old boombox from the original Garden in the extended spot played No More Entities (For Now).

Trivia
- There used to be a small chill area with a safe area for Slime Pups in the Crystal Caves and a recording area in the Cargo Bay, but it was removed in V2.4E.
- The Storage Unit used to be only accessible to Gootraxians and acted as a safe zone, until it was made available to everyone because of balancing issues and several complaints.
- There are secret rooms hidden somewhere. One of them used to be a small little area, but it has been reworked 2 times and is now bigger. The place was moved multiple times.
- One of its previous locations was originally in the Crystal Caves, until it was moved.
- A wall that you can get through is also used for the passage to another secret room.
- When Kaiju Paradise first opened, the map was a very small cube that featured no humans and no other Gootraxians. Inside the cube featured a couple Kaiju Crystals and a couple vanity red ones. When joined, you immediately spawned in as a Kaiju.
- This version of the game was the origin of the game name.
- It is possible to climb the scaffolding on the cave zone by doing parkour, this does not count as glitching and doesn't break rules.
- As of V3.1 Part 2, you can no longer do this legitimately anymore as it has invisible walls to prevent such thing.
- You used to be able to press the button big door past the wall by shifting your camera specifically. This was fixed later on.
- When the big metal door was added, some people used it to "crush" themselves out. This was patched out by having the metal door actually killing them from getting crushed by said door.
- In the Cafeteria, you used to be able to sit down on the dining table chairs, but the function of seating is removed after a while.
- Some parts of the map such as the shop or bunker will teleport you out of it if you managed to get in there to prevent glitching and leaking hidden content.
- The Support Caves originally played the concept theme of the Planetoids from Terraria Calamity.
- Additionally, Power Outages originally played Hadopelagic Pressure from Terraria Calamity.
