The Taser is a "secondary" weapon and Transmogrifying Item in Kaiju Paradise. It is a small, blue and black electrical taser with a yellow lightning symbol on the front.

The Taser can be stolen by Slime Pups unless the user is wearing a hazmat suit.

Properties

The Taser is capable of stunning Gootraxians it hits. However, this item is a one-time use and will break after it hits a Gootraxian. When you walk into any body of water while holding it, you will be electrocuted and transformed into a Ghost Fox.

The Taser has specific interactions with various gootraxians, being Protogen, Dark Protogen, and Ghost Fox.

Upon breaking, text at the bottom of the screen will say: "The taser ran out of batteries..."

As of V3.1, the Taser currently has no skins.

Obtainment

The Taser cannot be obtained from Abble's Shop. However, they may be found scattered around the facility in specific spawn locations, which are listed in the Weapons page. Like all other common items, these spawn every 180 seconds (3 minutes).

Tips

Please note that most things listed in this section are not objective, and are not the "Correct" way to use them. This section is used to give advice to players who want to learn how to use their tools more efficiently.

• The taser is almost completely useless in basically every scenario due to having the same stun time as a Bat.
  • On top of this, the Taser also does less damage, has less range, and can kill you if you aren't careful.
  • It even benefits certain Gootraxians that get hit by it, such as healing a Ghost Fox for 30 HP instead of stunning it.

Trivia

• The Taser is the only weapon in Kaiju Paradise that has been upgraded from an Item to a Weapon.
• Prior to its Weapon upgrade, the Taser was initially named "Broken Taser".
