The Nunchucks are a "secondary" weapon in Kaiju Paradise. They are two sticks of wood that are connected to each other at their ends by a short metal chain.
The nunchucks can be stolen by Slime Pups unless the user is wearing a hazmat suit.
Properties
The Nunchucks are like a remixed version of the Knife, having more exaggerated ups and downs compared to it. Said differences are listed below.
- The Nunchucks have a shorter cooldown, more durability, and more range compared to the Knife.
- The Nunchucks have less damage, less max hit, and cannot be thrown.
Upon breaking, text at the bottom of the screen will say: "The nunchucks broke."
As of V3.1, the Nunchucks have no skins.
Obtainment
The Kaiju Basher, Carneline Striker, and Panther Bombarder can each be obtained by by killing a Kaiju, Carneline, or Panther respectfully, with a 12.5% (1/8) chance to drop their corresponding weapons.
The Kaiju Basher can be purchased from Abble's Shop for 7 Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination, as well as the Carneline Striker if the player has roblox premium.
Tips
Please note that most things listed in this section are not objective, and are not the "Correct" way to use them. This section is used to give advice to players who want to learn how to use their tools more efficiently.
- The Crystalized Bats are a slight upgrade to the Pipe, dealing the same damage, ragdolling upon breaking, longer stun duration, and more knockback.
- Despite this, it usually isnt recommended to purchase one from Abble's shop, as you can just buy a Machete for slightly more tokens, which does more damage and has more durability.
- It is recommended to not use them against opponents when there's a fast hitting weapon user nearby, such as a Chainsaw, Knife, or Katana, as the increased knockback makes it much harder for them to effectively hit the stunned Gootraxian.
Trivia
- The Panther Bombarder is currently the only Crystalized Bat that has never been available for purchase from Abble.
- This could be due to multiple in-universe reasons, those of which being:
- Abble is afraid of the dark, meaning she wouldn't be able to interact with Panthers enough to get any.
- Panthers are known to eat slime pups, meaning Abble is likely scared of or protected from them, and therefore wouldn't be able to try and get any.
- This could be due to multiple in-universe reasons, those of which being:
- The Panther Bombarder has the same crystals that the Kaiju Basher and Carneline Striker do, despite the fact that Panthers don't have any crystals on their bodies, while Carnelines and Kaijus do.
- The Carneline Striker's kill effect only happens when near a crystal.
- Additionally, the color of the lightning changes depending on the event.
- The Crystalized Bats are currently the only weapons in the game to have increased knockback that don't ragdoll hit targets upon hitting them.
- This does not include the 20th successful hit from the weapon, as that does ragdoll opponents along with the weapon exploding.
- This is set to change soon, as the repurposing of the broken taser into an actual weapon has the same effect.
- The Crystalized Bats are all just recolored bats with crystals attached to them, rather than being uniquely modeled.
- The Kaiju Basher uses a blue handle.
- The Carneline Striker uses a purple handle.
- The Panther Bombarder uses a black handle.
- Despite this, the only Bat Skins that resemble any of the Crystalized Bats are the Cyan Bat and the Kaiju Bat (the former of which is purposefully designed to look like a Kaiju Basher), as there currently isn't a purple or black bat skin in the game.
- All of the Crystalized Bats have handles with two different colors on them, instead of one solid color.
