Concept Art
Many of the Gootraxian Costumes found in Kaiju Paradise were community made. Images of concept art for each costume, along with their creator(s), is shown below.
<!-- Please link to each user's Roblox profile if found and replace their name! All the names below are taken from their Discord usernames at the moment. -->
<!-- Yes. It is known that the Orca Shork's image isn't the original concept art. However, the creator posted it and asked for it to be pinned within the suggestion post. We are trying to keep each suggestion limited to 1 image and the original post had two seperate images. -->

Trivia
Trivia
*The Flaming Kaiju was originally planned to be its own Gootraxian before being repurposed into a skin for the Kaiju.
*Although much less common compared to Raytraxian Costumes, Weapon skins are able to have players credited to their creation, most commonly being attached to event exclusive skins.
* Hebi Rattler has a unique variant to Hebi's low health visual, making their eyes glow red instead of purple.
* The Chthonian used to have a Face Melter instead of a Scorch in it's crafting recipe.
**Hebi Rattler's eye trail is also red in response to the costume visual change.
* Despite being skins from the Diamond Crate, the Excelsus and Violence sell for <font color="#03F8FC">7,500</font> each.
* The color of Tiger Catte's spill ability puddle is a much darker orange variant, in response to Tiger Catte's appearance.
* As of now, there are currently 8 rarities in-game: <font color="#994700">Common</font>, <font color="#BFBFBF">Uncommon</font>, <font color="#F2DE00">Rare</font>, <font color="#00EEF2">Ultra Rare</font>, <font color="#F20081">Legendary</font>, <font color="#FF0040">Exotic</font>, <font color="#9DFF00">Exclusive</font> and <font color="#8400FF">Unobtainable</font>.
** This is due to Catte's spill ability (and by extension, Glubby and Dagoda's Slippery) using the user's ingame skin color to determine the puddle color.
* When throwing certain Knife skins, the airborne model will become invisible until it hits a target or surface.
*Tiger Catte is currently the only Gootraxian Costume to have two users listed as the contributors for one costume in-game.
** If the skin is thrown at a food item laying on its spawn, the thrown knife and food item completely disappear.
*All of the Gootraxians' costumes will make Abble say "it cool costume!!!".
* Some skin's models, such as the Molten Sword, Scorch are derived from the UGC catalogue. Others are either from Roblox's catalogue.
*The lower portion of Sprinklekit's Frosted Cake skins are not exclusive to the flavor that is used in their icons.
* A lot of skins are references to other pieces of media.
**While the top half depends on the costume equipped, the bottom half retains the flavor of the player's last eaten ice cream cone.
** The Excelsus and Violence are from Terraria's Calamity Mod.
*When performing the Kaiju's Ion Beam ability while using the Flaming Kaiju costume, the beam is colored light orange instead, referencing the appearance of the costume.
** The Copper Shortsword is from Terraria's base game.
**However, in the first versions of V3.2, the Flaming Kaiju beam was the same color as the original Kaiju, which is cyan. This was then corrected.
** The Stop Sign and Binary Sword are from the Madness Combat webseries.
**Despite the original Kaiju having an unique face when performing the ability, its costumes lack one for unknown reasons, showing their blink face when performing the ability instead.
<!--add more pretty please-->
*Oddly, when the Orca Shork blinks on normal conditions, it briefly shows its low HP face appearance.
* The Foxxo Bat and Code XC/Crimson Cutter are the only skins to be removed from the game completely, excluding skins that were remodeled and had their name changed.
**This is currently not fixed.
**Out of the two, the Foxxo Bat is the only one to have not been replaced.
**The Crimson Cutter was replaced by the Long Wooden Stick That Is Awaiting A Replacement, which was replaced by the Bo Staff shorty afterwards.
*Certain skins are exclusively obtainable from rarity upgrading or re-crafting in the Shop, and cannot be obtained in any other way.
**The Scythe is obtainable from Common rerolls.
**The Stick and ABCDEF are obtainable from Rare rerolls.
**Fun Guy is obtainable from Legendary rerolls.
* The Stop Sign used to be an Ultra Rare before being changed to a Legendary.
* The Stop Sign used to change the weapon's hitbox entirely before the implementation of the Long Pipe, where it was fixed to use the same hitbox as every other skin.
* The Jonin Katana skin was previously named "Ronin."
** For a little while after its name change, upon unboxing, the chat message that appeared would still refer to the weapon as Ronin instead of Jonin.
* The base color for the RGB Batsaber is white. However, the color is not shown when the skin cycles through its colors.
* Although the RGB Batsaber is a combination of the 3 other Batsaber skins, it does not outline targets that are hit, have a custom idle animation, doesn't have a kill effect, and still uses the Batsaber's old model.
* The Rainbow Bat used to have a glass-shattering hit sound that was removed in an unknown update.
* Some skins will play music upon equipping or idling with the skin equipped:
** The Stop Sign plays “The Pied Piper”.
*** Used to play “Expurgation (Instrumental)”.
*** Before Roblox’s March 2022 Updates, it used to play “Madness (Instrumental)”.
** The Face Cooler plays “FREEDOM DiVE” [METAL†DIMENSIONS].
** The Face Melter plays Andromida - “Sacrifice”.
*** Used to play “Cultist Base” from the Doom Eternal Soundtrack.
** The Chocolate Reign plays “"Chocolate Rain" metal cover by Ryashon (HEAVY REMIX).
*** Used to play “Track 01 - THUNDER FORCE IV”『Lightning Strikes Again - Metal Squad』.

** The Chthonian plays "Coming Home" (Instrumental) - Moon.
** The Thunderforce IV plays “Track 01 - THUNDER FORCE IV”『Lightning Strikes Again - Metal Squad』.
** The Twisty Tuner plays The Dueling Banjo from Team Fortress 2.
** The Excelsus plays  "UNIVERSAL COLLAPSE" - Theme of Devourer of Gods (Final Form).
** The Violence plays  "Stained, Brutal Calamity" - Theme of Supreme Calamitas (Epiphany).
** The Spoonful plays the voice clip of King Bach's friend exclaiming "Only a spoonful!" upon equipping the weapon.
** If the player has the Binary Blade UGC item <!--add link pls--> equipped on their avatar, and has the Binary Sword Katana skin equipped and in their inventory, the skin/UGC item will play [MUSIC TBA].
***The weapon will play music when it's being actively held, while the UGC item will play music when the weapon is unequipped.
* All weapons during the V3.1 Halloween Update, regardless of skin, will turn the targets body into a ghost upon death.
** This is the Archangel's death effect.
** For a brief period of time after the event ended, all weapons would still keep this death effect. This has since been fixed.
* The Archangel death effect's ghost model used to be solid. This meant that players could climb and stand on top of the model to temporarily ascend. It could have been used impractically to get on top of higher objects with ease.
* The Chthonian's death effect will burn the Raytraxian's transmogrifying accessory. While the effect plays, the color of the accessory will darken and then fade away. Burnt accessories will quickly despawn and are unable to be equipped by other players.
** Other death effects that burn the target to a crisp (such as Scorch) do not share this property, however, the accessory will be discolored.
* Despite being released in the same update, the Archangel was given a death effect before the Chthonian.
* All skins used to be only right handed.
** This has been changed to have skins left handed.
* Some skins lack an equip animation.
* The levitating idle animations of Archangel, Chthonian and Thunderforce IV allow the player to hover above Raytraxian puddles without taking damage.
* Mathematically, the Face Cooler is rarer to obtain than the Face Melter.
* The Curse of Eclipse used to be Exotic rarity before it was changed to be Common.
* The Participation Points skin does not have an option to be sold directly, but can be selected and sold if the selling menu is brought up via another sellable skin.
* The Copper Shortsword was originally a <font color="#F20081">Legendary</font> Tier skin until Part 2 of the Halloween Event.
** It received a rank downgrade to a <font color="#F2DE00">Rare</font> due to the mass crafting and selling of this skin breaking the economy.
* <font color="#9DFF00">Exclusive</font> Tier skins are the only skins that are unable to be sold. They will not have a value pop up when the selling table is active.
** Attempting to move an Exclusive skin into the selling table will result in the skin not moving and an error sound effect playing, indicating the inability to sell the skin.
*The Batsaber skins descriptions are a nod towards Team Fortress 2's Mann VS Machine mode, more accurately based on a community joke of kicking scouts for missing 1 money pile.

This page contains every weapon skin currently in Kaiju Paradise. A complete list of skins, along with their obtainment method(s), is shown below. Some skins can only be crafted using their respective recipe, if marked with Can't be obtain via random crafting this means that they will not be obtainable via a rarity upgrade or reroll.

Badge Items, Unobtainable and Exotic skins cannot be obtained by upgrading or rerolling.

Upgrading rarity requires a number of same-rarity skins to craft a random higher-rarity skin. The rarity upgrading formula is shown in the table below.

Input Output
3 Commons 1 Uncommon
4 Uncommons 1 Rare
5 Rares 1 Ultra Rare
6 Ultra Rares 1 Legendary

Re-rolling simply requires two skins of the same rarity to craft a random skin of the same rarity.

All crafting-exclusive, unobtainable, event-limited, and badge skins can only be obtained through their corresponding methods.
