After the event concluded, Partyena is no longer available in public servers except during a developer's birthday. However, Partyena is still available via VIP server commands, provided that the user has unlocked it in their Bestiary.

Similar to previous events, [[Raytraxians]] that spawned had a chance to be automatically equipped with a plastic party hat. When the character wearing the hat took damage, confetti particles would explode out of them and a kazoo sound effect would play.
If a player wearing a plastic party hat died, the hat could fall off their head and be equipped by another player; similar to a [[Items#transmogrifying items|transmogrifying object]]. However, the party hat was purely cosmetic and had no effect other than visual and sound effects. The plastic party hat could only be unequipped by death. [[Hazmat Suit|Hazmat Suits]] do not prevent the player from picking up a plastic party hat.

*The Bathroom Stalls and Elevators have been completely blocked off and filled with snow. 
**As of late, both locations are no longer obstructed by terrain and can once again be freely traversed.
*** These snow blockades were most likely removed due to [[Ghost Fox|Ghost Foxes]] being able to teleport through the barrier with the Lightning Lunge ability, making it virtually impossible for other players to reach them.
* The Garden's front entrance has been blocked, being replaced by the large window in the front being shattered.
*Almost every room in the map has terrain in it, on top of the regular part-based environment. This is carried over from the [[Hallows_Eve_Event|3.1 Hallows Eve]] Event.
*The Crystal Caves have been filled with blue fog.
* The entire facility's lights have been turned blue instead of white, except for a few select areas.   
**This has caused the entire place to be dimmed, with glowsticks being used to light up specific areas.
*Several hazards (notably [[Slime Pup]], [[Slime Hound|Hound]] and [[Slime Dragon|Dragon]] hazards) and traffic cones around the map are changed to a light blue color to fit the atmosphere.

The V3.1 Anniversary Event (officially called the Party Bash Update) was a limited time event on Kaiju Paradise. It began on March 31st, 2023 and ended on April 21st, 2023.

The update featured a new limited-time Raytraxian, a new currency, a new crate, new skins, and a slightly edited map.

Raytraxians

This update featured 1 new Raytraxian, the Partyena. It is a hyena-type Raytraxian that could be acquired by wearing a party hat dropped from Party Gifts and Piñatas throughout the event.
