Lang is a tanuki-red panda Gootraxian. It is one of the community Gootraxians in Kaiju Paradise.

It has very light white-blue fur, its arms and legs have purple bands of fur around them and it has purple markings on its face going down from its eyes.

Abilities

Lang is capable of using the abilities “Attack” and “Grab” like how most of the Gootraxians you see in the game can do.

Lang emit gas (0.002/s) that can go up to (0.01/s) if there are 5 of them nearby, it cannot go above that threshold<ref>https://discord.com/channels/786788486887768135/821381992779218955/886890406472736859</ref>. If a human fails to get out of their way in enough time, they will transform into their kind.

Obtainability

You can become a Lang by staying in the gas area found near the shark area for too long, getting near a Lang gas for a certain amount of time, or being infected by Lang itself.

New Description

Gootraxians resembling red pandas with bodies composed of a strange, gaseous substance, Langs can be dangerous in large numbers.

The gas they are formed from and mostly composed of is noxious and suffocating, and breathing large amounts of it in for too long can be lethal. While this can be highly dangerous, Langs have a docile temperament and prefer to keep to themselves unless aggravated first.

Try not to stick around too long near faulty gas canisters.

Old Description (Bestiary debut)

Langs are Gootraxians resembling red pandas with light-blue and white translucent fur. They have purple stripe markings under their eyes as well as purple markings on their ears, and banded markings on their arms, legs and tails.

Their tails have been observed to be 30% gas in composition. Most individuals of this species have a very calm and docile attitude towards both humans and other Gootraxians.

Research documents showing results from how humans are infected show prolonged exposure to toxic gas being the reason behind their appearance in the facility. The subject promptly falls unconscious for a period of time after becoming infected.
