"The shark reacted strangely to the watermelon you carried.."
Template:Gootraxian Watermelon Shorks (also called "Blaxor" in-game) are green shark Gootraxians with light-green skin and dark-green and pink stripes along their arms, fins and legs. They have pale-green muzzles and underbellies as well as magenta-colored eyes.
During a Blackout or Power Outage, their eyes glow and their horns produce a small pink flame that hovers above their heads.
Abilities
Watermelon Shorks have slightly more HP than other Gootraxians, sitting at 125 HP.
If another player eats a watermelon slice in the direct vicinity of a Watermelon Shork, a red bar (known as the "rage bar") will fill in short increments each time a watermelon is eaten until it is completely full. However, this bar currently does not provide any additional effect when this occurs.
Acquirement
Players can obtain Watermelon Shork by colliding with a Kawaii/Lantern Shork fin during a Power Outage or Blackout while holding a watermelon slice or via infection by another Watermelon Shork Gootraxian.

Trivia
- Upon original transformation, there is a 1/10 chance of having a yellow sticky note appear taped to your forehead that reads "rad".
- The note originally read "not a furry". It is unknown when or why it was changed.
- The text used to be glitched, appearing inside of the sticky note instead of on it.
- Watermelon Shorks that were infected by another Watermelon Shork cannot obtain the sticky note.
- The Watermelon Shork's design are based on the Head Developer's avatar. Despite this, he claims it is not his fursona.
- There is an unused, alternative variant of it that uses different faces and clothes, which were made by YukaChaan.
- It is confirmed to be the TFE Version of the Watermelon Shork, and was not intended to be in KP's code.
- Before the removal of the ??? Badge, killing a Watermelon Shork had a 1/12 (8.34%) chance to drop a whole watermelon. Upon picking up the whole watermelon, the player is granted the ??? Badge.
