Template:Gootraxian Plantix is a plant based Gootraxian covered in pink flowers with yellow pistils. They have mellow green colored fur with single thick, slightly darker stripes of fur on their wrists and ankles.

They have a very thick, dark green tail and neck fur, the former of which resembles a bush. The flowers on their tail and forehead are similar to the item needed to transform into one, the Strange Flowers.

Abilities

They can inflict a poisonous gas that slowly drains a Human's HP, although hazmat suit halves the damage drain. This can only happens if you are attacking the tree near them or completely taken it down in The Garden.

The poison damage lasts for 7 seconds, and the timer resets if they are hit by another Plantix affected by the buff.<ref>https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/510886407770734645/992372439113810001/unknown.png Update log of Plantix poison ability, September 13 2021.</ref>

Acquirement

Plantix can be obtained by waiting for 35 seconds after smelling the Strange Flower that spawns in the Laminax Garden or by being infected by another Plantix Gootraxian. The dialogue goes as follows:

• Out of your curioisity, you decided to smell it..
• What a beautiful scent..
• Your lungs feel odd..

• Their passive poison buff used to be applied to all Gootraxians. This was a bug and has since been fixed.<ref>https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/510886407770734645/992372439411601458/unknown.png Bug of Plantix buff on all Gootraxians mentioned in the update log, has since been fixed, October 2 2021.</ref>
• It takes about 35 seconds to be infected after sniffing the Strange Flower.
• During initial release, Plantix had re-textured Shark ears instead of the current ear meshes.
