Slime Hound

Slime Hounds are essentially the adult form of Slime Pups and look almost identical but stand bipedally instead of quadrupedally. Much like their juvenile form, they can also come in a variety of colors. They have a constantly angered expression. On top of coming in multiple colors, they also have Golden and Diamond variants.

Abilities

Slime Hound can “Grab” and “Attack” like any other Gootraxian you can find in the game.

Ghost Slime Hounds are able to phase through players at any time and turn invisible for 5 seconds when hit.

Golden and Diamond Slime Hounds have an HP 600 or 900 respectively<ref>https://discord.com/channels/786788486887768135/821381992779218955/856567609138741258</ref> and are unable to kill themselves by running into the forcefield around the spawn area, reset character, or getting crushed by the gates. They cannot regen their HP naturally and have to grab / infect humans in order to regen.

Obtainability

You may become a Slime Hound by either losing all of your HP to a pink puddle, or becoming infected by a another Slime Hound, which turns you into their color with the exception of rare variants. They also have unique power outage and blackout variants that can be obtained during their respective events.

Golden and Diamond Slime Hounds have the same chance of occuring as all the other Golden and Diamond variants, at 1/250 and 1/500 (or 1/750 and 1/1500 at below 15 players) respectively<ref>https://discord.com/channels/786788486887768135/821381992779218955/863837917700030534</ref>.

Trivia

• Though only exclusive to private servers, it is possible to make Rainbow Slime Hounds.
  • The method of making them references the infamous "jeb_" Rainbow sheep easter egg from Minecraft.
• Upon the release V3.0 update, there was a bug where rare variants can turn humans into a rare variant too. This was fixed later on.
