Slime Pup
Template:GootraxianSlime Pups are one of the main Gootraxians in Kaiju Paradise. So far, they are the second lowest HP gootraxians (84 HP) with the exception of diamond and golden. If you manage to kill a player with a bite, you will gain 20 credits.
They look like small dogs made of slime with white face masks and can come in different colors such as red, indigo, green and cyan.
Slime Pups' face masks were actually based off of apple cores, the eyes being seeds and the mask color being similar to the inside of an apple, as confirmed by one of the developers.
Abilities
Pups can deal damage to humans (11 damage) and Gootraxians (5.5 damage) to them and able to steal various items from humans, but their jump cooldown will be increased if they holding something by 1.5 seconds. They won't be able to steal if the players are using hazmat suit. They also can be patted by Humans which will emit a heart corresponding to the color of them.
Pups can also eat foods to gain their health back, with the exception of lemon that hurt & lower their health in the process and strange crystal which transforms them into a rainbow pup.
They can also sleep and wear props around the map such as bucket or cone, this slightly improves their health to around 20+ HP points.
If you are a ghost, you will be able to phase through players anytime and go invisible for 3 seconds if you get hit along with a levitation upon sleep, though the latter is cosmetic only.
If you are a golden or diamond, you won't be able to kill yourself in any ways and cannot rejoin. You also won't be able to receive heals from foods and drinks or regen in anyway. The only way to do so is to infect people or fusing with someone (pups won't work).
How to Obtain
There are many different types of pups. Having 6 variants, 4 being of the normal type and 3 being rare variants.
Pup
You can only become a Slime Pup by losing all of your health in a blue puddle. When you lose all of your health to a Pup puddle during a low power event, you will become a Spiked Pup, with glowing red crystal spines on its back. On blackout, you will turn into a Ghost Pup instead.
Gold and Diamond Pup
When losing all of your health in a blue puddle, you have 1/500 (0.1%) or 1/1500 (if players count server below 15) chance to become a Diamond pup which is the rarest Gootraxians in the game. Every time you hit them, it will drop credits that scales to the damage you deal. Upon death or kill of it, it will drop a diamond crate that can be taken and give 2k credits to whoever kill it along with an explosion of credits that scales accordingly to the amount of players in server.
You can also become a Golden Pup which is 1/250 (0.2%) or 1/750 (if players count server below 15), which you will be rewarded with a badge and a bat skin known as Aureate. Upon kill, it will give 2.5k credits, drop 1 golden bat and turned the weapons into golden depending on what they killed it with.
Rainbow Pup
You can become a Rainbow Pup that shifts through multiple colors by eating a Strange Crystal from someone's hands. You can earn a badge from this as well as the Rainbow bat skin. You can also obtain this badge by feeding Pups the Crystal as a Human.
