Plantix is a community Gootraxian designed by 0Kosm_o0.

Plantix are Gootraxians designed to look like a bush with flowers on it. They have a small pink flower on their foreheads.

During initial release, Plantix had retextured Shark ears instead of the current ear meshes.

Abilities

They can inflict a poisonous gas that slowly drains a Human's HP, although hazmat suit halves the damage drain. This can only happens if you are attacking the tree near them or completely taken it down in The Garden.

The poison damage lasts for 7 seconds, and the timer resets if they are hit by another Plantix affected by the buff<ref>https://discord.com/channels/786788486887768135/821381992779218955/886890408217546792</ref>.

Acquirement

Plantix can be obtained by smelling the flower that spawns in the Laminax Garden, or getting infected by another Plantix Gootraxian.

"Plant-like Gootraxians that tend to the garden in the Laminax facility, Plantix are quite friendly in nature and seem to enjoy cultivating the flora growing in the small plots there.

The small, pink flowers that grow on their head are delicate, and appear to act as their vital force. keeping them alive.

Be careful while smelling some of the flowers growing in the garden."

Trivia

• Its full name, shown in its concept art, was revealed to be Plantixor.
• Their passive or buff used to be applied to all Gootraxians. This was a bug and has since been fixed<ref>https://discord.com/channels/786788486887768135/821381992779218955/894032987795128331</ref>.
• It takes about 35 seconds to be infected after sniffing the Strange Flower.
