Template:Gootraxian Fashui were soap-based squirrel Gootraxians. It is the Power Outage variant of Feizao.

Fashui is an orange squirrel with short horns that glow a yellowish color. The tips of its arms, feet and inner ears are colored a darkish-red, with some light yellow fur on its stomach and muzzle. Its tail is dual colored, featuring orange as a base and yellow for its tip. The tip of its tail and its paw pads are capable of glowing during Power Outages and Blackouts.

Fashui was removed and replaced by Dagoda in a V3.1 update.

Abilities

Slippery

Fashui were able to use a unique Slippery ability upon reaching a 2 infection streak, similar to Feizao, in which it would drip a orange-colored puddle of soap on the ground. Survivors who stepped on it would promptly slip and ragdoll. Slipping on the puddle as a survivor took away 10 HP every time and could even kill them.

This ability would take away 2 of your infection streak upon use and a total of four traps could have existed at a time.

Acquirement

Fashui used to be obtained by using the soap in the bathroom 6 times consecutively during a Power Outage or by being infected by another Fashui Gootraxian.

The dialogue when interacting with the soap bottle went as followed:

  • You decided to clean your hands..
  • That's way too much soap!

Bestiary Entry

Closely related to Feizao, Fashui are squirrel Gootraxians with vibrant red fur and often appear alongside their relatives, almost acting like older siblings towards them.
They use the same slippery trail of soap their relatives use to slip up and catch pursuers off guard. Their extremely hostile temperament towards humans and cunning tactics makes them quite the threat; they ambush humans who dare come near the bathrooms and dare use Feizao to do their dirty work.

Please refrain from stealing the hand soap in the bathrooms, ESPECIALLY DURING OUTAGES!!!

      • This trait is shared with the Banana item.
  • Fashui are one of the only few Gootraxians who can outright kill survivors.
    • In this case, they can do so by using the Slippery ability, like Feizao.
  • Fashui and Feizao were heavily inspired by Skwovet from the Pokémon franchise.
  • Months before release, Fashui was accidentally made a Blackout variant instead of Power Outage before being pointed out.
  • Slippery used to have a visual error where it displayed Jammer's Distraction tooltip description (It's music time!).
    • This has been fixed and the tooltip description is now Slip and Slide!
