Fashui are soap-based squirrel Gootraxians. It is the Power Outage variant of Feizao.

Fashui is an orange squirrel with short horns that glow a yellowish color. The tips of its arms, feet and inner ears are colored a darkish-red, with some light yellow fur on its stomach and muzzle. Its tail is dual colored, featuring orange as a base and yellow for its tip. The tip of its tail is capable of glowing during Power Outages.

Abilities

Fashui are able to use its ability Slippery when it reaches a 2 infection streak, like Feizao, in which it will drip an orange puddle of soap on the ground, causing any survivor who steps on it to slip and ragdoll, much like the Banana peel. Slipping on the puddle as a survivor takes away 10 HP every time and can even kill them.

This ability will take away 2 of your infection streak and a total of four traps can exist at a time.

Acquirement

Fashui can be obtained by using the soap in the bathroom 6 times consecutively during a Power Outage or by being infected by another Fashui Gootraxian.

Trivia

• Like its relative, its name likely comes from the translation of shampoo in Chinese (Fǎshuǐ/发水).
  • According to its creator, the name was suggested by Chroma, and it is pronounced as Fah-shay.
  • As stated in its relative's article, Fashui and Feizao are siblings, Fashui being the older sibling.
• If someone grabs a survivor and moves them over the soap puddles formed from Slippery, the survivor is flung and ragdolled like normal, but it takes the grabbing Gootraxian with them.
  • This is currently the only way Gootraxians can ragdoll each other outside of Private Servers.
  • In some cases, it will instead release the survivor from the grab, but instead of ragdolling like normal, it will send them levitating upwards for the duration of the ragdoll.
    • This trait is shared with the Banana item.
• Fashui are one of the only few Gootraxians who can outright kill survivors.
  • In this case, they can do so by using the Slippery ability, like Feizao.
• Fashui and Feizao were heavily inspired off Skwovet from the Pokémon franchise.
• Fashui was accidentally made a Blackout variant instead of Power Outage before being pointed out months before release.
• Slippery used to have a visual error where it displayed Jammer's Distraction tooltip description (It's music time!).
  • This has been fixed and the tooltip description is now Slip and Slide!
