Dragon Pups are slime Gootraxians with white masks, whose bodies can come in all of the colors Slime Pups can have, and, likewise, have Golden, Diamond, and Rainbow variants, the latter of which is unobtainable outside of VIP servers.
They have four ears, two in front and two in the back, as well as a pair of dragon wings that they use to move. They also have a long, thin dragon tail.
They have the lowest health of all Gootraxians along with Slime Pups (83 HP) before fused, with the exception of their Diamond and Golden variants.
Abilities
Like the other Gootraxians, they can attack survivors, but they do not have a grab attack. Instead, it is replaced by Sleep, which Slime Pups also have as an ability. If you manage to drain a survivor's health as a Dragon Pup, you will consume them and become a Dragon Fusion. Additionally, Dragon Pups deal slightly reduced attack damage, dealing 33 damage instead of the standard 35.
Ghost Dragon Pups are able to phase through players at any time and turn invisible for 5 seconds when hit, as well as having a unique levitating sleeping animation. The latter does not affect them in combat and is purely cosmetic.

Diamond Dragon Pups have 900 HP.<ref name=":0" /> When hit, they drop credits that scale to the amount of damage dealt to them. They also drop 2,000 credits to whoever landed the killing blow as well as sending out a flurry of more credits that other players can pick up, as well as a Diamond Crate. The amount of credits showered out scales to the amount of players in the server and each ticket worth 20 - 25 credits.<ref name=":1" /> Upon leaving, they will still drop a Diamond Crate along with the standard flurry of credits.
The Credit Scaling System is as follows:

These rare variants are unable to die by running into the forcefield on the spawn area, getting crushed by the gates, or reset character. They cannot regen their HP naturally over time.<ref name=":0" /> However, they can get their health back by fusing with another survivor, which will also give them an extra 25 more HP.
Acquirement
There are 7 common Slime color variants and 3 rare variants.
In private servers, most can all be obtained by using the command :tf me Slimepupdragon;color=[color]
Normal/Event
Normal Dragon Pups are obtained by stepping on a spike crystal. Doing this during a Power Outage will result in you turning into a Red Dragon Pup with glowing, red, crystal spines along its back. During Blackouts, you will instead turn into a white Dragon Pup with a ghostly, white, translucent body and a wispy tail.
Alternatively, they can become one by getting infected by one of the Dragon Fusions that, depending on the variant, will turn them into the color or variant of the infector, except rare variants, which will give a random color instead.
Golden and Diamond
Golden Dragon Pups have a 1/250 (0.4%) chance of being your color. The chance is lower when there are less than 15 players in a server, at 1/750 [0.13%]. <ref name=":2">chance to obtain update log https://discord.com/channels/786788486887768135/821381992779218955/863837917700030534</ref> Getting this rare variant will reward you with the "A Rare Variant" badge and the "Aureate" bat skin.
Diamond Dragon Pups have a 1/500 (0.2%) chance of being your color. The chance is lower when there are below 15 players in a server, at 1/1500 [0.07%].<ref name=":2" /> These variants are the rarest Gootraxians in the game.
Rainbow
They can only be achieved in private servers by nicknaming yourself a certain name or by using the :rb, rb [player] command.

- The nickname method of making Rainbow Dragon Pups references the infamous "jeb_" Rainbow sheep Easter Egg from Minecraft.
- Anytime a Dragon Pup is hit, they make a squeak noise.
- Due to their unique flying animation, they can sometimes glitch out or phase out on certain parts of the map.
- They are the only Gootraxians that do not have a jump animation.
- Most would think that this is a glitch, but it's been confirmed it is simply because the devs don't feel like making one.

Dragon Fusions are the fused form of Dragon Pups that occur when they infect a player. They are the size of a normal Roblox avatar, with normal variants having a total of 108 HP.
Abilities
Dragon Fusions have the same abilities as its unfused form, with their Sleep tool replaced with the Grab tool. They also gain 108 HP.
Their rare variants also have similar properties to their unfused form and other Slime variants. However, Golden and Diamond variants will gain 625 and 925 health, respectively.
Acquirement
Dragon Fusions are obtained by infecting a survivor as a Dragon Pup, which causes you to fuse with them, becoming a Dragon Fusion and causing the Survivor who was consumed to respawn.
Getting other variants of Dragon Fusion requires you to have the variant first as a Dragon Pup.
You can turn yourself into a Rainbow Dragon Fusion in private servers if you nickname yourself a certain name or by using the :rb, rainbow [player] command.
