Template:GootraxianAzarue is a plant based Gootraxian covered in orange flowers. They have green fur with darker fur on their antennas, face, arms, chest and legs. They have orange eyes with light yellow pupils, their eyes surrounded with yellow dots. A large orange flower sits on Azarue's flat bushy tail. White particles appear at the center of the flower tail. It is the replacement of Plantix.

Abilities

Poison Gas

Azarue can inflict a poisonous gas that slowly drains a Human's HP, which lasts for 5 seconds. If the Human is hit by a Azarue while the poison is active, the timer for the poison damage resets. However, if a Human is wearing a hazmat suit, they will experience three times the usual damage from the poison. Additionally, if the Human has recently hit the tree or if it has been cut down, the poison damage will be multiplied by 1.5x. When a player is infected by the poison gas, it will not give anything to your streak unless you have done a good amount of damage, or, have used Attack on the player 2 times, which is enough to get an infect if the subject is infected by something else.

Acquirement

Azarue can be obtained by waiting for 35 seconds after smelling the Strange Flower that spawns in the Laminax Garden or by being infected by another Azarue Gootraxian.

The dialogue after smelling the flower goes as follows:

• Out of your curiosity, you decided to smell it..
• What a beautiful scent..
• Your lungs feel odd..

Tips

• Since a poison-buffed attack deals more than the usual 35 damage, it's usually a good idea to avoid using grab as it will not apply the poison.
  • Paired with a teammate who can grab opponents, it is extremely hard for humans to survive a grab + attack combo.

Bestiary Entry

Plant-like Gootraxians that tend to the garden in the Laminax facility, Azarue are quite friendly in nature and seem to enjoy cultivating the flora growing in the small plots there. The small, pink flowers that grow on their head are delicate, and appear to act as their vital force, keeping them alive. Be careful while smelling some of the flowers growing in the garden.

• Azarue is the replacement of Plantix.
  • It shares the same ability and acquirement as its predecessor.
