Jammers are gray wolves wearing headphones. They are the blackout variant of Fed.
They are similar in appearance to Shades and Feds, but have blue markings instead of green and emit a blue glow during blackouts. There is another variant of Jammer called a VIP Jammer, which can be turned into with a rare chance (1/30)<ref>https://discord.com/channels/786788486887768135/862890206734843925/862895970727493662</ref>. They look exactly like normal Jammers, but they have a rainbow glow during blackouts and rainbow particles when it plays music.
