They have dark purple skin with lighter purple-colored muzzles and underbellies. Covering their bodies are blue, bio-luminescent horns, particularly along their arms, legs, and head. Their chest cavity and arms are ripped open, revealing their bones and glowing blue innards.

Wisp has more health than other Gootraxians, at 120 HP.
Acquirement
Players can obtain Wisp by stepping on a glowing mini shark in the Flooded Area during a Blackout or via infection through another Wisp Gootraxian.
